Top Of Our Line: 50cc 2 Stroke Electric Starting XG-550. The XG-550 comes standard with a EPA certified gasoline engine. The XG-550 has all of the same features as it's little brother the XG-505 but the XG-550 has many upgraded features you will not find on the XG-505. The features of this fast gas scooter include an Aluminum Billet deck and 10" air filled tough tires, (this is the ONLY scooter of this type available with 10" tires, all others are 8" and smaller) and this tough gas scooter also comes with a dual shock front suspension system. While riding the XG-550 you will notice it features the widest deck of all of our scooters we offer, it also features aluminum Mag wheels, and both front and rear vented disk brakes along with billet racing handle bars. The XG-550 cannot be broken. The frame is made of high tension steel, the deck is made of high grade Billet Aluminum, these 2 features alone make this the toughest gas powered scooter on the market today, ; don't forget that this unit is electric starting and the battery is included. The scooter battery is charged by magneto while riding and it comes with an external battery charger so you can plug the scooter in while it is not in use. Of course there is a pull starter should you ever need it. This scooter is our highest quality gas powered scooter that we offer ; this model offers the above features that the XG-505 do not. Before you buy take note that this does not come with a seat, if you want a seat it will cost you another $40. I had bought this simply because for the seat and price. But when it was delivered to my house there was no seat, and some vital screws were missing. After emailing this seller they made me aware that of course there is a seat..at an extra $40 and another week or two for delivery but they had said nothing about the screws and nuts missing from the tire and brakes, so luckily I have a fully running 45cc GroundHog (Tops off at 42MPH) from 2002 and managed to use extra parts from it.
The XG-550 is at the top of their line which isn't much to be said. I followed the manual for set-up and use instructions before going on a ride. At 1/4th throttle the engine makes noise but goes no where, at 1/2 throttle it makes more noise and you might get a couple MPH if your light enough but at full throttle I got a whole 10MPH I will continue breaking this in but more than likely it will be used to scare cats away in the neighborhood.

I've been using this for a few months now off and on, and so far, the welds holding the frame together broke while going down the street. The Frame broke in half. The bolts mounting the parts to the frame, the gas tank, brakes, chrome trim, twist hand throttle, deck, and exhaust have either just fallen off, flew off, or broke. Honestly I must say this is the worst purchase of my life.
Every day or two I would make sure everything was tightened down due to all the pieces falling off the Ped, and onto the neighbors' yard, but they still found away to fall. Also the bolts, screws, and metal they use for this are weak, and have a habit to break on there own. It should be a crime to sell a product that rapidly falls apart while riding, and for the price, you can buy a used one, and a can of WD-40, and you have have a better product. \
I've had a 2002 Blue Bird Engine 45cc (Stock GroundHog) for 9years, still running strong, nothing has broken off, and it cost me half the price I paid for this inferior product by " X-Treme Scooters)I Would absolutley not reccomend this for children due to the spotty "craftsmanship"

when i got it the frames had scrathes all over the body...when i hit a few bumps( nothing big ) the screws popped out of the plate that you stand on. THe electric starter did not work, the back wheel would rub aganist the brake pad. The worse thing is the company did NOTHING TO FIX ANY OF MY ISSUES...AND HAD TO CALL BACK WAY TO MANY TIMES TO GET ANYTHING..... LIKE I SAID "NEVER AGAIN"!
